Hi

I am trying to use the system speed dial / Local speed dial feature
with CCME ver 4-2 .

I created a xml file as below from a sample and have the following
commands entered

ip http server

ip http authentication local

no ip http secure-server

ip http path flash:

!

But get a XML Error [4] Parse error

Saved the file using MSword.

My XML file called speeddial.xml below ... in flash of my cmy

<CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>

<Title>Local Speed Dial</Title>

<Prompt>Record 1 to 1 of 1 </Prompt>

<DirectoryEntry>

<Name>test1</Name>

<Telephone>11111</Telephone>

</DirectoryEntry>

<DirectoryEntry>

<Name>Marketing</Name>

<Telephone>71234</Telephone>

</DirectoryEntry>

<DirectoryEntry>

<Name>Tech Support</Name>

<Telephone>71432</Telephone>

</DirectoryEntry>

</CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>

Your problem is most likely with your file format. Edit the xml file in =

Notepad, not MS Word.
