"Number Not Configured" when AbbrDial pressed

I setup IP phone services for a user and now when I
try to use fastdials, it tells me "Number Not
Configured" when I use the AbbrDial softkey as if I
never configured a phone number for the fastdial
entry. How do I fix this? Any hints most appreciated.

| Abbreviated dial refers to the speed dials configured for the phone either
through CCMadmin or CCMuser pages.
It's about as intuitive as not having forwarding for secondary lines. ;)

| FastDials and SpeedDials are two different things though. If you are
populating FastDials through CCMuser pages, you're not going to be able to
AbbrDial them. You have to populate SpeedDials. When you get to the
SpeedDial page, it's the one with 99 of them.

| That's the problem. I added them through the CCMuser
pages after subscribing the user to the service.
