has anyone seen problems with adding agents to teams. I have setup an agent
and no matter how I move him to a different team he keeps getting put in the
default team.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

TIA

Hi Scott, try this. In Desktop Administrator, click on the root of the tree
widget on the left (i think its the name of your IPCC system) and then in
one of the drop down menus along the top there is a "synchronize directory"
option. sometimes we get problems like that and going through and hitting
this option fixes them.
