Factory Reset SPA 3000 - forgot the password

I'm having problems accessing my SPA 3000 settings.

I had set a admin password six months ago and now don't remember the
password.Do you know if I could do a factory reset over the device.

WHEN I TRY RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS, ITS ASKING FOR A PASSWORD (which
I don't remember).

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

To reset your SPA-3000, hook up a regular telephone to the FXS (phone) line on the device, pickup the handset (you will here a fast beep), dial 73738# then dial 12# to confirm. This will set the device back to it's factory defaults.
