Processing Screen

Hello, I am wodering if there is a way to put add a "processing please wait"
screen inbetween screen renderings. I am trying to stop people from getting
the default busy screen you get if you hit enter 2x. I've added some js to
disable the 'enter' key and I disable buttons but I was looking to add a
processing screen instead.
