HATS administration interface slow repsonce

We are using HATS Administration Interface in HATS 5.06 to management LU
connections. We have both vertical and horizontal clones in our production
environment. In peak time, we could have more than 1000 users use the
applications. The Administration Interface is so slow to use for LU
management.
Does anybody have experience in doing this?
