Hi,

I attached a patch for JDO-92 to the JIRA issue:
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JDO-92
It removes the classes SwingTestRunner and TestListSuite and the
JDOTCKTestCases.list which is not used anymore.

I would like to check it in, so please object if there are any issues.
