VOTE: Release JDO 2.0 specification

| Hi Craig,
If you would send me the Frame source, I will make the changes needed to
get the bookmarks right. I might need some help from you on some of
this. We can go over it tomorrow, as previously planned.

| +1, with minor comments:
1. in spec 14.6.9, it's better to emphasize the
restriction of Map and Collection fields as query
result expression:
"... or aggregations of single-valued fields. eg.
Map and Collection fields are not allowed."
2. there's no bookmark in the pdf yet.
