Author [VOTE] [apacheds] Release 0.9.1

Hi all,

Looks like we need to take a vote if we are going to officially release
the jars to ibiblio. We cannot keep it informal if we are going to
place these jars in /www/cvs.apache.org/dist which rsyncs the jars to
the mirrors. So let's take the vote.

-1 [] Reject this release
0 [] Indifferent
+1[X] Approve the release

My +1 is included.

Thanks,
Alex

Please take a look at this page:

http://issues.apache.org/jira/secur...16&fixfor=11125

We ve got 8 issues to resolve to release 0.9.1. If we need to release
0.9.1now, we'll have to adjust our JIRA roadmap.

It appears to me the remaining issues could wait until the next
release (and marking the JIRA version as released will automatically
move them over to the next).

Releases spurs interest and confidence.
Issues should be extracted and published with the release for accuracy.

Release early, release often :o)
