Hi all,

I renamed the class IoSessionManager to IoService in the trunk. I prefer
IoService because it implies that it provides I/O service to sessions.
IoSessionManager sounds like it just manages sessions. What name do you
prefer? Please suggest the better names if you have a good name.

Please note that this change is only for the trunk, not for my sandbox
(/sandbox/trustin/mina-spi). Please don't confuse with the IoService class
which needs refactoring.

I'm considering ditch my sandbox and change things gradually to minimize the
impact.
