Alex stopped by and asked if there was a way to centrally organize
the versions of the jars that a project, with many modules, uses.
The "parent" POM contains the versions in an element call
<dependencyManagement/>. Note that the chid POM does not contain
<version/> elements. These are obtained from its parent
delendencyManagement section.
