Blocking the old Wiki

| Hi guys,
we have had some spammers on our old moinmoin Directory wiki. I would
suggest we either block this wiki (if this is possible), or simply to
delete it.

As we don't use it anymore and everything is on Confluence now, it makes
sense to block or delete it.
