Hi,

I have tried to customize the exported PDF for ApacheDS v1.0 BUG
(Basic User's Guide) but my local confluence dies on me when I try to
export PDF.

Can someone land a hand on this stuff with the help of this page:

I think it's not so hard and might be cool to exclude some common
footer and headers put by Confluence and it would also be nice to have
a logo on the first page.
