[Maven] Top level artifactId names

| As mentioned in the issue
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRSERVER-977, would anyone object to
making this minor tweak to the artifactId of the build poms?
I know its a stupid reason (IDE issue), so please don't hurt me :-)

I just ran into this too.
Just to throw confusion into the mix... most other projects that
I've seen that do this call it something like *-parent rather than *-
build.

| Yeah, *-parent sounds better now that I think about it. I'll make the
change in the next couple of days if there aren't any issues or objections
here on the list.
