What are you trying to do Steve give their UK customer service
director a heart attack ? besides which you have brought my extremely
bad experience with the dribbling morons all flooding back to me .
Beats me why anyone bothers with them now that we have so many GOOD
voip providers accessible here in the UK .

Thats nice, but trust me a page of server side sql errors, and when the
page did load a balance that switched between the true amount and zero is
not exactly working correctly.

But the status page says nothing happened, so I must have imagined it all.

OK so instead of taking a pot at another poster here why not tell us
about the other providers and your recommendations. That may make your
posts more readable and interesting.

Hmm, it's possible you hit a server that was rebooting for some reason,
that might cause the errors you mention. Was it a short term error or did
it persist for a lengthy period..?

Whose status page..?

My own system log shows my end was logged out for exactly 5 minutes from
1620 to 1625, so not very long. Hardly worth calling people dribbling
morons for 5 minutes, is it..?

minutes yes .

About 15-20 minutes.

The "News from Sipgate" where the other cockups are listed?

Yes, I'm afraid so. I run a helpdesk system, it has 8 fault tolerant
servers spread across 2 sites. It doesn't go down. This is everyday
simple stuff for thousands of other companies, why is it really so hard for
sipgate to implement redundancy?

Don't get me wrong, I like their setup and payment methods, my normal phone
line is cut off and it suits me fine, but they really need to pull their
socks up if they wish to succeed, either they are a serious player, or they
are just playing. Which one is it?

It isn't any use having a free local number when it isn't working half
the time I would sooner pay and know that when I pick up the phone I
can make a call .

As you are no longer a customer how would you know when it's working and
when it isn't..?

It's worked every time I've used it recently, although of course you will
now say that is because I have a special direct feed bypassing all the
normal user access channels..!

Grow up, Dexter, you are becoming tiresome.

Pete (Turdpile) I think you would do better going back on all your
sniping and apologise. YOU were the biggest Usenet sniper liar and
abuser my dear.

How are the Gay personals going now ? Getting many men visiting you ?
