I don't really care; they can operate out of a cardboard box if they
want. They give a good service, and that's the issue.

But you would care if you where not warned about the stairs and you
had arthritis in the knees, I struggled up them stairs and I got my
second one sent to me by courier .

Gradwell.com sell them. I've bought a couple of SPA-3000's from them.
Their website isn't wonderful, as they are not clearly listed.
You have to pick one of the other listed SPA's, and then when you
go into the ordering process, you can change the order to 2100 (or
3000) at that point.
