0560 numbers on voipfone

| I have been reading a bit about these new 0560 numbers that oftel has made
for voip suppliers. Oftel say in their consultation that phone providers
plan to charge similar rates to local/national rates but don't want to be
forced into doing so yet, and cannot guarantee that they will be included in
people's free minutes.
So...
Does anyone know whether BT, NTL, 02, Orange etc. do include 0560 numbers in
free call allowances, or their max 5p offers or whatever? I understand some
of them do.
It's a bit frustrating that they didn't create a new area code like 01xxx or
02xxx because people calling me won't know that 0560 isn't some expensive
premium number even if it behaves just like a geographic.
Anyway

NTL have refused to enable any more exchanges to accept 0560 numbers,
and they don't seem to work on Orange PAYG, so 0560 numbers are of very
little use anyway. Search for older threads about this.

Oh yes, just done a search on google groups (they weren't on my new server
anymore), and found all the lovely issues. It works from my NTL line, but I
think for the reasons I stated earlier, I will just pay for a geo number.
Thanks
