Hello,

I have a BT101, that I am using in France with a provider called "FREE"

The configuration of the BT101 seems to me OK.The communication is OK....
But after a day, the "square" on the LCD display disappear !... like it
couldn't see the server anymore !!! (according to manual)
My provider is www.voipfone.co.uk

My register time is 5 minutes.... but it cannot reconnect anymore. I need to
unplug and re-plug the power supply, in order to reconnect the
voipfone.co.uk server...

My firmware is the latest version.. 1.0.6.7....

Any idea what could be this problem ??

Thanks in advnace for your help

Ta.

This was the first phone i ever bought and i did have the same problems
check that you are using the latest stable firmware and try putting
your expiry time down to 60 seconds my father now uses this phone with
voipfone and it seems to work fine with these settings

Not had this problem myself; however it is well worth asking voipfone tech
support - their service is first class (unlike most).

I contacted the about having the # transfer feature disabled. They said
it can only be done if you have a adaptor like the Sipura, where you can
change the dialplan. I replied saying i do, and asked what i needed to
change. They then replied asking me to start again, as they had got
mixed up with previous e-mails to them. So i asked again if it can be
disabled. They then said it cannot be........ Very useful 'support'
