I can still making local calls without any problem but cannot top up my
credit
and am not receiving so-called 'account verification' e-mails that the
system says it has sent me.

Without more credit, I cannot make calls to mobiles or countries not on the
free list. Support are not responding to my pleas for a resolution. I can
only conclude that VOIPBuster is running without any human
intervention.

Is anyone else having similar problems?

I have now found the verification e-mails. For some strange reason, Hotmail
had put them in the Junk folder.
VOIP Buster now has the necessary credit.
