www.netappel.fr
or Voipbuster, Voipstunt, Sipdsicount etc ...

However: you NEED to give an adress in France (they don't test it ...)
You can choose the country only ONCE (thereafter is this option greyed out)

French 0811 numbers are equivalent to English 0845

Then the pricey numbers are things like 0892 and 0821 etc.

All of the different prices are listed on the ARCEP (French telecoms
regulator) web site at
http://www.arcep.fr/telecom/faq/faq-num0800.htm
