Voice Over IP in UK - Sipura 2100 - problem

I got VoIP & WiFi service from HermesBoadband.com They are very good
considering that I pay a flat fee (to PSTN numbers) to call China,
Australia, etc.

My problem is that, I provisioned a foreign DID (Dubai number) to Line
2 (proxy server, user name & password) but I cannot hear the phone
ringing;

Line 1 always works great (incoming & outgoing) and my mobile phone
works all the time.

I connect directly to a modem and not through a router.
