voipuser.org at the moment - 10 minutes max - hopefully that will be
lifted soon.

every four months, £2.50 per month, Sipdiscount do the same offer but you
buy in Euro's so it drops down to £1.70 per month< If you have a Sip phone.

Do you haveto dowload any software onto your PC? or just register on their
site? Does being a FWD.Communicator user help in anyway?

You need a SIP hardware phone / ATA or SIP software phone (x-lite).

Also, it is expected that you will generate some income for the
service by using an appropriate non-geo number. I could never get
voipuser to work - just got the unobtainable tone all the time. I
might give it another try though - always useful as a back up.
Remove 'no_spam_' from email address.
