Well clearly it isn't "non-existent"! I wonder what the OP has to say now.
If I were you I'd have put in a claim to the Small Claims Court (you can
easily do it online at
https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco/index.jsp
Unbelievable they would lie so blatantly all for £50 or so. I am sure they
are losing customers just from them reading your posts in this group, which
would easily convince a Judge not to mention the average Joe. The fact you
have it all documented on forums only helps more.
You just have to believe what comes around goes around.
