The SPA3K is quirky, in that It can only register with one service
provider (multiple gatewayss can be used for outbound), PSTN to Voip
breaks if you don't have at least some VOIP credentials on the PSTN
tab.

With Asterisk, I have the same credentials in Line 1 & PSTN.
Nerdvittles recommends something like extension 99 for PSTN & extension
199 for Line 1. - this is the bit I've not fathomed. It works as
expected with the /same/ on each.
