Just received the following email from voip.co.uk twice, once to each
of my accounts.

Checked and found both my ATA's logged in prefectly and also showing
logged in on my voip.co.uk control panel.

Anyone else got it?

--------------------------------------
Dear Customer

VoIP.co.uk recently introduced their latest VoIP platform for
customers with IP telephone devices that connect to proxy.voip.co.uk.

This new system provides improved performance and overcomes some of
the limitations of the old system. When the new system came on line
most devices automatically connected to the new system as it became
available during normal operation but it would appear that yours has
not yet done so. This is most likely due to a limitation of your
device, or possibly it may be incorrectly configured.

To help your device move over to the new system please can you power
cycle your IP telephone / ATA device as soon as possible to make sure
you are using the new system. The old system which has been running in
parallel with the new one is soon to be switched off and will not be
available after the 21/11/2007.

The new system uses the same details as you have had before, but as
your device has not moved over automatically even after power cycling
then you may wish to take the time to check your settings.

Your device should be configured to use 'proxy.voip.co.uk' and
therefore 'proxy.voip.co.uk' should be used for all proxy / registrar
/ outbound proxy settings your device may have. Please ensure that
there are no references to 'registrar.voip.co.uk' as this is has now
been replaced by 'proxy.voip.co.uk'. If your device supports "DNS SRV"
please can you ensure this is enabled.

Thank you for your attention, and should you have any problems or
queries please do not hesitate to contact us in the normal manner.

Doh!!

Sorry about that. It seems I was logged into the old system by using
registrar.voip.co.uk instead of proxy.voip.co.uk.
