First of all: before you can configure ENUM on e164.org, you need both a
working SIP address that is reachable from the Internet, and a working
"normal" phonenumber,

In case you don't have a SIP address yet, I recommend an account on
voipuser.org.

e164.org will make the link between your regular phone number and your SIP
address. In case someone tries to call you, they can then check first on
e164.org if there is a "direct" and free way to call you instead of using
the PSTN number. That is ENUM.

No is ok. (IVR = Interactive Voice Response)

Here you select "SIP", and in the box next to it you enter your SIP address.

It means the SIP address you entered couldn't be reached by them.

Try registering your voipuser.org account in your Fritz!box, and then try
again on e164.org with this SIP address.

Good luck!
