| Hi All,
I need some help.
I'm looking for a way to use fax on VOIP.
This is using a BT-Fusion package on a 2wire gateway BT 2700hgv, with a
Brother Fax-2920 fax machine.
I can send out faxes just fine, but incoming faxes are being received
with a "Call diverted" message.
Anyone any ideas? Thanks.

What, precisely, show the "Call diverted" message?

I don't understand what you are saying.
Who is getting this message, the caller or you,
and by what means.
Can we presume that this voip "line" receives incoming
voice calls OK?

| Hi,
Thanks for the replies, eventually got it working.
Had to change the Fax to compatibility mode, which meant it went into
9600bps and error checking was turned off.
Nick.
