Clearly, I understand the need for this, but I think the subject as Nima
asked is somewhat vague (to me) and quite large.
It would really help me if folks could ask somewhat specific questions
that I could provide some answers to. This will help constrain the
problem and the amount of time I'd have to spend on it before it's
ready to post.
Like the "how to round-trip binary data from AOLserver to MySQL" -- it's
a question with a clearly defined scope; one that I can reasonably
answer completely.
Thanks! I definitely look forward to writing more about AOLserver this
year. It'd be great if others would too; I'd be happy to set up a
"Planet AOLserver" if there were enough people who would write content
for it. Considering the activity on the wiki (or lack of), I'm not sure
there is, yet. Of course, it might be the medium: people might be more
inclined to blog than to write to a wiki. I don't know, I'm still
trying to figure it out.
