Author 4.0.11 ETA?

When is 4.0.11 due? I have a recent CVS running nicely on a test server but I'd
prefer to upgrade the live servers to a proper release rather than CVS.

It's long overdue, I know. I originally wanted to tag it a while back,
then thought it might be better to just wait until 4.5.0 is tagged; any
bug fixes that are backported in the process of working on 4.5.0 then
make it into the 4.0.11 release.

Given the two efforts (maintaining 4.0.x vs. developing 4.5.x) really
shouldn't depend on each other, I guess there's no reason not to tag a
4.0.11 release since everyone who's running on the tip of the
aolserver_v40_bp branch say that it's "stable".

If someone wants to go through the ChangeLog and write up the release
notes to send to me, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, I'll do it when I
can, but I'm quite busy right now ...

[ In other news: I've got some proof-of-concept code working that will
connect AOLserver to php through FastCGI -- I'm hoping this will let me
use the APC accelerator for php ... stay tuned. ]

It has been a while. Any news about the 4.0.11 or 4.5 release, yet?
