i have a zoom x3 adsl modem which is plugged into the ethernet card on my pc. the modem connects according to the zoom web console with wan, lan and adsl connections all appearing to be active. when i try to open internet explorer or firefox it says either cannot display page/cannot connect to server/dns error.

this happened suddenly but no virus' were found when i checked my system. HELP ITS COSTING ME A FORTUNE IN tech support PHONELINES!!!!

try
start run type cmd click ok

type netsh int ip reset log.txt

restart computer
