am a newbie

I have website and when I open Fillzilla and access my site it's fine. Then I go to the folder on pc to open and it won't open it, so I can't access the files I want to upload. They don't show up on the bar.

I think it's the firewall?

Something similar happens when I connect my v600i phone via usb to pc. The pc won't open the files on the camera.

Should I over ride firewall?
