can you help me rewriting :

someone.com/test/index.php?pag=test1
someone.com/test/index.php?pag=test2
someone.com/test/index.php?pag=test3
someone.com/test/index.php?pag=test4

i just want them to be shown onscreen as ::::

someone.com/test/test1
someone.com/test/test2
someone.com/test/test3
someone.com/test/test4

plz. help me!!!
