Dear all,

I wrote a php-site to set up a vacation note under linux
using procmail mechanism. This website is written in php4
and uses session-cookies in the very easiest manner.
I programmed it under Debian Linux 3.0 sid (unstable)
with apache 1.3.xx and then wanted to port it to a RH
Linux 8.0 machine with apache 2.0.xx.
Now my problem. When I call the url where my site is stored
nothing shows up at all. When I have a look at the
site sourcecode I see all my php code! Did I do anything
wrong??? On the same RedHat 8 system - in fact just next to
my site - there is a phpMyAdmin installed and that works
just perfectly. Do I have to do anything special when
connecting with ssl???

Any tip is greatly appreciated and if I'm at the wrong list
here please take my apologizes.

chris

On the php web site they clearly state that you shouldn't use
Apache 2 and php on production.

Evidently your https server doesn't know that he has to call PHP.
Check your configuration file and your log files.
