mod_auth_sspi getting access token

Hi

I am using mod_auth_sspi.so with mod_ssl.so with apache 2.0.47 on
win 2K. I am able to get the authenication working.

I can get the user name using the env variable. I am wondering if
there is a way I can get an access token created with the user's
authentication (or even better the password the user enters

)

What I am trying to do is, run an exe which with the permissions of
the user who is accessing the website. Is this possible? I am not able
to find leads for this. Any pointers would be great.
