[Newbie] - Can't Get PHP file to run

| Hi, All:
I am running Apache HTTP Server on Windows XP. I downloaded a web
application that is basically html pages and php files.
The html file redirects to a php file but the php file won't run.
Does Apache have a php plug-in that I have to download and install? If so,
where can I find it?
