(So I'm not misleading anyone this is to help me understand how cgi
binaries, such as php, are to be configured to operate with Apache.)

I'm running Apache 2 "Server version: Apache/2.0.53" and I have my php
binary built (php 5 although this should be irrelevant.) I'm trying to
understand the correlation of all the "Add/Set Handler/Encoding/Type"
commands. Now on top of this I've seen reference to one doc that was using
"Action" in a pair with an AddType directive. So please give me a heads up.
(I always feel so lost about attempting something brand new -- using php
as a SAPI module seemed much more straight forward.)
