Hi. I have a website www.hurrybros.co.uk. For some reason my 404 error
page is not working correctly.

1. It works fine in mozilla firefox.
2. It works in internet explorer if the user has "use friendly error
pages" unticked.
3. It does not work if the user has "use friendly error pages" ticked!
4. The page is defenetly over 512k. It is over 1kb in text alone and
with images, etc it is 10kb.

So anyone have an idea how to get it to work?

Google.com and HtmlHelp.com are examples of pages that have error
pages that work even when "use friendly error pages" is

ticked..

so how do I get my page to override this too?
I'm confused.

If someone could help me it would be a great help!

Here is what my .htacces file looks like:

ErrorDocument 404 /errors/notfound.html

and here is the direct link to the error page
www.hurrybros.co.uk/errors/notfound.html

Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks

Daniel

That's normal. It's a browser configuration that uses his own error
pages instead of the page sent by the server.

You don't. If the user doesn't want to see your error page let him
see his own.
