As far as I know they never made a connector for Apache 2, and last time
we asked they said they weren't interested.

You must download and install the Dynamo Application Server patch:
ATGDAS6.3.0_p3. this can be downloaded from the Patches link in
Product Resources menu when logged into the atg.com site (you must
register).

The actual connector source code will be located in the apache20_dyn_cm
directory:

/path/to/DASroot/DAS/src/apache20_dyn_cm
