Apache Server configuration support - fastcgi does not work

I got problem to run fastcgi

* Apache2 has detected a syntax error in your configuration files:
Syntax error on line 265 of /etc/apache2/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_fastcgi.so into server:
/usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_fastcgi.so: undefined symbol: ap_user_id

linux:
- gentoo
- hernel 2.6.13-gentoo-r5
- apache2 Apache/2.0.54
- fcgi [ebuild R ] dev-libs/fcgi-2.4.0

but I am not sure do I use this one of fcgi
this module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_fastcgi.so is exacly this one
=> dev-libs/fcgi-2.4.0 ??

how to set up correctly ?
