server to access mail

| Hello all,
I hope you will be able to help me out. I didn't find a apache server group
that could exactly fit into my needs.
Let me explain my problem :
Since a while we can't access our webmail anymore from an external company
we work in. it's against policy. So basically the URL is blocked. We did the
whole administrative and legal procedure but unfortunately it got declined.
We need this mailbox because there's a lot (and only) professional mail. now
we don't even know if there are going to be meeting that evening.
Now I was thinking of making some kind of server which we can connect to
(http or https) where we can access our mail from. But I'm hopeless in these
kind of things, I wouldn't even know where to start. first I was thinking of
a VNC program but the fact is, we can't install any software on the
computers and we need about 11 accounts which shouldn't be able to see
eachother. We're with 11 people that need to access our mail.
I have both Windows and Linux Mandriva. Whichever works best.

Whatever workaround you can put on will be against policies too. Is not
a technical problem but a legal/political problem. If you can't have your
company policy reverted there is nothing you can do but change job.

The nice thing about Windows is - It does not just crash, it displays a
dialog box and lets you press 'OK' first.

| That was what I thought too.
But nevertheless, I wouldn't be accessing the mail, my computer (at home)
should be. no attachments (that is the policy actually) will be downloaded
at the pc at my work. normally we don't even have attachments, I never had.
that's why we have an intranet (which we can access from the work btw).
The fact is, we probably will get the access to webmail because we need it
for our appointments. only at a higher level. and if you work in a big
company you should know that getting to that level takes A LOT of time. Then
they have to have 50 meetings about it, yada yada yada....
I already missed one meeting, it's just not right like this. I can access my
mail about 1.3km farder at one of our offices. Yeah, do you see me walking
every day, unpaid back & forth?
Besides, who are you to judge. I ask, and whomever wants to help will be
greatly appreciated. Those who judge me will get an explenation but won't
get judged by me.

| you ask for help then you get stroppy when people tell you how it is
Some people in here are not going to help you breach your company polices ,
but then others who don't care about your circumstances and want to see you
get roasted by your management for breaching policy will help you
