Tomcat on windows System.getProperty("user.name")

On my machine I get my NTUserID when I use the Java statement -
System.getProperty("user.name")

But on our development server I get back SYSTEM.

There must be a configuration setting for this.

Can anyone suggest a remedy?

Is there another group where I should post this?
