Apache httpd service dies every sunday..

i have a virtual server with go daddy running fedora and every sunday
the httpd goes defunct any ideas how i can fix this?

My first thought is logrotate. Does the server die at or just after
4AM?

Are you running httpd from the /etc/init.d script? If not, you should
be.
