My site sdlifecycle is up but the header and footer files aren't
showing up.

I also tried adding these lines to the .htaccess file.

AddType text/html .shtml
AddHandler server-parsed .shtml

My hosting is the Deluxe Linux package on godaddy.com (Hosting Config
2.0)

I found an error in my html that was causing this. I had an extra end
tag that made it think the include was after the last end tag >. My
index.htm is still not working but I'm sure it is the same thing.
