Oops, MindReader v3.5 Beta complains 'object not found'.

Try
../configure --enable-dav \
--enable-proxy \
--enable-proxy-http \
--enable-cache \
--enable-disk-cache
and on failure retry with
../configure --enable-dav \
--enable-mods-shared ' proxy proxy-http cache disk-cache'
