Apache Server configuration support - ProxyRemote does not work

Hi All,

I have configure my Apache as a proxy server.
What I really want is to forward all the requests to my proxy to
another proxy.
The configuration is like this:

ProxyRequests On
ProxyVia On

# forward all to anonymous proxy
ProxyRemote * HTTP://222.107.184.10:8080

Details:
Apache version: 2.2
OS: WindowsXP

It is just does not work!
Can anyone please help? What am I doing wrong?
