Apache Server configuration support - Well..Having problems

I swear I should remeber how to do this but well...i don't, but
anyway, i can't remember how to setup apache so others actually can
see my root folder containing everything for my website. I'm on
Windows, and when i tried to get to my website from school, it said i
couldn't find it ,but before i could, so I was like damn..bummer, so I
was wondering how you get apache connected online.
