400 Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Driving me mad, how do you fix this.?
I'm trying to get cakephp working on my local machine to work on the
run, but it doesn't want to know anything about this.

Apache 2.2.4
PHP 5.2.3

unless you have prior experience of the details of the various config
files download and use xampp for vista
