Hi,

i have some problem with the user that perform multiple reload
of the CGI, every reload start a PERL CGI and increase server load
causing problem due to heavy load.

Is it possible to modify httpd configuration to avoid that multiple
reload of the same URL address start every time a PERL CGI ?
