Hi can someone tell me if there is a way (program/script etc.) to detect if
a server is using an apache redirect based on language, country ?

For example a server that is redirecting users based on browser language to
some other site or some section of their site,
or (I don't know if apache can do this) detecting the country based on the
ip of origin and then redirecting it
to some other place.
