Hi,

I am using apache with mod_dav module loaded to provide webdav
service. Unfortunately I found it doesn't support filename with is
not encoded in UTF8. I have to use a lot of Chinese filenames, which
is encoded in GB2312. Is there any way I can deal with the filename
encoding problem?

Thanks~
